A leading consultancy seeks Stakeholder Engagement & Policy Dialogue Facilitators for an exciting new opportunity in Europe. The role involves supporting structural reforms through consultations and coordinated stakeholder engagement efforts. Experts will contribute to national strategies and frameworks through short-term assignments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in stakeholder engagement or participatory planning in health or governance sectors.
  • Proven experience facilitating dialogue in sensitive and multi-stakeholder contexts.

Location : Europe

Duration : Medium-term / on-call basis

Estimated Workload : Short-term assignments / task-based consultancy

About the Opportunity : We are creating a pool of Stakeholder Engagement & Policy Dialogue Facilitators for a new FWC Contract : EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001 : Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support inclusive consultations with health authorities, professional associations, and civil society.
  • Gather feedback for model development, governance framework validation, and reform priorities.
  • Coordinate workshops and dialogue sessions to align technical work with stakeholder priorities.
  • Assist in documenting stakeholder input into national strategies and frameworks.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in social sciences, public health, or public policy.
  • 5+ years in stakeholder engagement or participatory planning in health or governance sectors.
  • Proven experience facilitating dialogue in sensitive and multi-stakeholder contexts.
  • Excellent communication, mediation, and report writing skills.
