A consultancy firm is looking for a Stakeholder Engagement & Policy Dialogue Facilitator to support the design and implementation of structural reforms in EU Member States. The role involves facilitation of inclusive consultations, coordination of workshops, and documentation of stakeholder input. Candidates should have a degree in social sciences or related fields and 5+ years of relevant experience. This is a medium-term, on-call consultancy position in the Lyon area.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in stakeholder engagement or participatory planning in health or governance sectors.
  • Proven experience facilitating dialogue in sensitive and multi-stakeholder contexts.
  • Excellent communication, mediation, and report writing skills.

About the Opportunity : We are creating a pool of Stakeholder Engagement & Policy Dialogue Facilitators for a new FWC Contract : EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001 : Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support inclusive consultations with health authorities, professional associations, and civil society.
  • Gather feedback for model development, governance framework validation, and reform priorities.
  • Coordinate workshops and dialogue sessions to align technical work with stakeholder priorities.
  • Assist in documenting stakeholder input into national strategies and frameworks.

Qualifications :
