We are looking for our Paris establishment a Talent Acquisition Intern – Human Resources (H/F).

The candidate must hold a work authorization compliant with French legislation. A fluent level of French and English is required.

Position based in Paris.

The Talent Acquisition intern, a key player within the Culture & Talents department, will be at the heart of various missions combining Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) and Personnel Administration.

Under the careful supervision of the Recruitment Management, he/she will actively contribute to writing and publishing job offers, sorting and analyzing applications, scheduling phone interviews, and managing the VisioTalents platform. Welcoming candidates and coordinating interviews with Department Heads and the recruitment team will also be part of his/her missions.

In parallel, the intern will play a crucial role in the onboarding process of new arrivals, assisting them during their onboarding and compiling their administrative files in collaboration with the Culture & Talents team.

Within this team, he/she will assume an essential responsibility, being the privileged contact for employees presenting themselves at the central Culture & Talents office.

This internship, rich in human relations and administrative responsibilities, requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of service, and great organizational rigor to successfully carry out assigned missions.

Finally, solid computer skills and a conversational level of English are required so that the intern can be a valuable asset to the team.

Essential Functions

• Ensure the reception and management of all application files via various recruitment channels.
• Record Unique Employment Declarations (DUE).
• Actively participate in the selection of applications in collaboration with the recruitment team.
• Coordinate VisioTalents invitations.
• Independently manage the schedule of interviews and welcome candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between the Talent Acquisition team, Department Heads, and Management.
• Communicate using various tools (Teams, emails).
• Handle the welcome and administrative onboarding of new employees: compiling the file, presenting the employment contract, issuing the uniform, participating in the onboarding lunch, and guiding new arrivals in their service.
• Validate extra candidates who passed their interviews, ensuring compliance with service expectations.
• Publish job advertisements on partner sites.
• Draft and send responses to unsuccessful applications, ensuring respectful and professional communication.
• Assist in organizing lunches for the employee nominations of the month and the executives of the quarter.
• Monitor supply needs of the Culture & Talents service.
• Welcome employees presenting themselves to the People and Culture Management and effectively direct them to the right contacts based on their questions.
• Manage internal and external mail, ensuring quick and efficient distribution.
• Assist employees in using the internal Workday system, providing technical and administrative support.
• Draft certificates requested by employees, following internal procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of Culture & Talents reports, such as anniversary reports and entries.
• Manage the sending of birthday and congratulations cards for births to employees.
• Be versatile and provide support to services during peak activity periods.
• Update daily communication on internal recruitment within the hotel.
• Ensure the sending and tracking of end-of-contract letters.
• Participate in internal projects between services.
• Ensure the follow-up of transfer frameworks.
