Vous serez impliqué dans le service client, la promotion du spa et la maintenance des installations. About the location:

Le rôle

The Spa intern's role is to discover how our Spa operates and to understand the Four Seasons standards. He/she must demonstrate a very good team spirit, be flexible with schedules depending on activities, have a neat presentation, and possess good interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele.

His/her organizational skills are also essential. Fluency in English is an asset for success in this position. He/she works closely with various departments of the hotel.

Vos missions

• Complete Four Seasons standard training, LQA Four Seasons draping, and harassment training.
• Act as an ambassador for the spa, helping to promote it by guiding guests on a tour of the facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom.
• Participate in Spa Academy training, including presentation of the Spa menu, customer vocabulary, guest flow, and general Spa information.
• Guarantee guests' safety and relaxation, assist with any requests, and react quickly to solve problems.
• Assist with spa set-up at opening and closing shifts, maintain the men's and women's changing rooms, restock linen and lockers, and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of showers, sauna, and hammam.
• Serve tea in the relaxation room, refresh beds, and manage the juice bar setup, including preparing ginger tea and restocking supplies.

Profil recherché

You must have the legal right to work in France at the time of application and be fluent in French and English.
