We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Recruitment and Administration initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing employee managing talent acquisition process and discovering HR Administration.
- Participate in the management of employee working hours (modulation), leave and absences (illness, work accidents, etc.), and the update relevant management software / platform.
- Participate in the liaising with legal authorities and health organizations for the various declarations and procedures (medical insurance, complementary medical insurance / mutuelle, prévoyance, occupational medicine, Urssaf, pension funds, Pôle emploi, etc.).
- Participate in the management of administrative mails (resignations, certificates, management of disciplinary measures, dismissal procedures, etc.).
Optimization of HR function tools :
- Take part of the design and the update monitoring and management tools (implement and update HR and payroll tools [SIRH]).
- Participate in the preparation of files related to the company's obligations (social balance sheet, gender equality report, seniors' agreements and action plans, etc.) and help draw up the company's social balance sheet and management dashboard.
- Participate in the monitoring Monitor HR legal and social developments.
Payroll Management : Import of variable payroll elements : transport tickets, meal expenses, prepayments, absences, etc.
Organization, monitoring of recruitment and onboarding of employees :
- Take part in recruitment process (collect needs, draft job add publish it, select application, lead interview,...)
- Take part of the organization of the new employees integration (definition of the onboarding process and reception) by presenting the company to new comers(colleagues, internal regulations, overall operation and different departments, etc.)
Others :
- In charge of school / university relations and take part in salons to present the company to future candidates.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of interns (agreements, files, etc.).
- Support the implementation internal communication actions(ensuring the proper circulation of information within the company), draw up internal communication documents.
