About the role:

Support the People & Culture team in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing hotel employees. Assist in preparing offer letters and labor-related documents, manage office supplies and collaterals, process orders, and handle administrative work on the People and Culture platform Workday. Coordinate onsite training and orientations, organize employee events, screen applications, check references, and process new hire paperwork. Act as a Cultural Advocate, embodying the Golden Rule in all employee interactions.

What you will do:
  1. Administrative tasks:
    • Manage Timesheets (employee attendance sheets)
    • Create new employee files on ADP and Workday
    • Create and distribute NameTags and badge cards to new employees
  2. Talent Acquisition missions:
    • Participate in recruitment and collaborate with department managers
    • Collect candidate references and validate candidates
    • Create content to promote our job offers
  3. Four Seasons For Good missions:
    • Organize events and activities to promote ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and DIB (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging) policies.

What we are looking for:

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and be fluent in French. English as a second language is appreciated.
