Support the People & Culture team in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing hotel employees. Assist in preparing offer letters and labor-related documents, manage office supplies and collaterals, process orders, and handle administrative work on the People and Culture platform Workday. Coordinate onsite training and orientations, organize employee events, screen applications, check references, and process new hire paperwork. Act as a Cultural Advocate, embodying the Golden Rule in all employee interactions.

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and be fluent in French. English as a second language is appreciated.
