Description du poste

High ethical standards and a culture of integrity will play a pivotal role in achieving the vision of the Ethics Office. The Ethics Office was created to guide ethical leadership and decision making; develop, educate, and raise awareness of internal policies.

Position Summary

We are looking for an individual with a legal, ethics, or compliance background for the Ethics Office's EMEA region. This position will assist with Ethics Office initiatives, including:

  1. Drafting and reviewing policies
  2. Leading and managing disciplinaries
  3. Assessing training needs
  4. Developing and presenting training
  5. Other ad hoc requests

You will be joining our Global Ethics Office to:

  1. Partner with front-line and mid-level managers in the region
  2. Lead and manage disciplinaries
  3. Assist in the drafting and reviewing of policies and procedures
  4. Promote the ethics policies through awareness initiatives
  5. Identify training needs for the business, prepare materials, and deliver training
  6. Streamline methods of cross functional work
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Strong communicator / influencer with the ability to work cross functionally and internationally
  2. High learning agility and the ability to formulate adequate solutions in complex situations
  3. Must be hands-on with a bias for action and be flexible to meet the needs of our rapidly growing company
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree required, Law Degree (JD) preferred and working experience with solid and traceable experience in ethics & compliance
  2. Enthusiastic to develop an internal framework and be proactive in helping build out the Ethics Office functionality
