Une entreprise d'énergie renouvelable en plein essor recherche un stagiaire pour rejoindre son équipe de trésorerie. Ce stage vous permettra de développer des compétences en gestion financière, incluant le contrôle des prêts et la gestion de la liquidité, tout en évoluant dans un environnement multiculturel. Les candidats doivent avoir un baccalauréat en finance et être à l'aise en anglais et en français.

Qualifications

• Bac dans un domaine pertinent exigé.
• Parler couramment anglais et français, le chinois est un plus.
• Une expérience pertinente antérieure est un avantage.

Responsabilités

• Gérer la conformité des prêts et les relations bancaires.
• Supporter la gestion de la liquidité et des paiements.
• Produire des rapports mensuels sur la trésorerie.

Created in 2014 in Paris, CGN EE is an independent power producer and subsidiary of the Chinese State company CGN Group, specialized in low carbon energy (nuclear energy and renewable energy). In this prospect, we are seeking an Intern to assist our treasury group of Finance department.

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Loan covenant checklist/calendar
• Loan covenant compliance management and report
• Post-loan KYC management
• Bank relationship cultivation
• Mitigation for any defaults
• Cash upstream planning and follow-up

Capital/Equity Management

• Capital structure management
• intercompany loan management
• New Company or Project financing/Refinancing

Support new business

• Support IPO and strategic investor introduction
• New project acquisition/take-over support
• Derivative management and reporting

Liquidity management

• Review and validate payments
• Q&A with employees and SSC

Liquidity management

• cash planning
• Fund transfer

Daily payment

• Review and validate payments
• Q&A with employees and SSC

Bank accounts

• Bank accounts information integration

Reporting

• Debt reporting
• Monthly treasury report
• Group reports

Profile:

Interpersonal skills :

• Team spirit-oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn
• Open-minded, with interest in working in multicultural environment

Technical skills:

• Bachlor’s degree specialized in Finance, Accounting or similar
• Fluent in English and French (Chinese is a plus).
• Familiar with Office system and SAP
• Previous relevant experience is an advantage
