Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

Based in Paris, the intern will primarily undertake the following tasks:

  • Assist the sales team and management with administrative tasks,
  • Assist and coordinate meetings (including organization, logistics, equipment, and materials),
  • Coordinate and plan essential administrative services such as mail and archiving,
  • Draft and file documentation,
  • Respond to inquiries, prioritizing and ensuring timely processing,
  • Manage requests and input data into Salesforce (CRM system) with accurate and up-to-date client information, prospects, and opportunities,
  • Collect and synthesize data and information to support the sales teams,
  • Perform any other administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the sales department.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (ideally in management, marketing, communication, or related fields),
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • Autonomy and initiative-taking ability,
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or willingness to learn,
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong motivation to learn,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
