Description du poste

We are seeking a motivated and eager Intern to join our team. The Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to Travel and Car fleet management.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills, enhance customer relationship abilities, and build a professional network through our external partners.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with assigned tasks and projects, contributing to the team's overall goals.
• Manage, treat and dispatch tickets for Travel and Car fleet (Tickets level 1 and 2).
• Handle supplier relations for travel (Egencia) and the vehicle fleet.
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports as needed.
• Potential participation in Hotel and Air contract renegotiations.

At this end of this internship, you’ll have:

• Learn and apply new skills and knowledge related to the internship field.
• Shadow and learn from experienced professionals in the field.
