Reply in Paris is seeking a motivated intern to assist the France/Benelux Recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates in IT and Business Consulting. You will engage with graduates and professionals, participate in university careers fairs, and support multiple recruitment events across France.

This role offers exposure to global projects, KPI reporting, and an international tech-driven environment in our Paris office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or any other relevant fields of study
• You have a passion for attracting and sourcing talent, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
• Fluent in French and very good level of English required
• You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high-quality recruiting results
• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly phone manner
