Reporting to the Partner Department, you will help grow our network of sports partners within the EGYM Wellpass (ex-Gymlib) network. With over 350 activities and 6,000 partners in France and Belgium, our mission is to offer a unique well-being experience to our users. If you have a flair for sales, are dynamic and motivated, this internship is ideal for you!
Your missions:
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of sports partners. Your main responsibilities will include:
Prospecting:
Identify new sports partners in France and contact them to join our network
Manage inbound partnership requests
Secure qualified meetings for the Partner Sales team
Partnership management:
Organize 4-5 meetings weekly to negotiate contract terms with managers
Close 20 agreements per quarter
Oversee the launch and implementation of signed partnerships
Team collaboration:
Work closely with our Account Managers to optimize user experience on the EGYM Wellpass app
Master's student in business school or equivalent
Minimum 4-6 months of B2B sales experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communicating with diverse stakeholders
Results-oriented with strong phone skills
Curious, pedagogical, and able to ask the right questions
Integrate 40 new partners into the EGYM Wellpass network
Develop your sales and interpersonal skills
Enhance your negotiation abilities
