Working closely with the VP People, you will help shape how Malters connect, engage, and grow within our organization through compelling storytelling and impactful communications. We take a human-first approach to internal communications and employer branding, creating authentic content that brings our culture to life.

Key responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for internal communications channels, including monthly all-hands meetings and employee spotlights
  • Help maintain and improve our internal knowledge hub on Notion
  • Assist in creating communication materials for key HR programs and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of a content calendar aligned with company events and milestones
  • Support the creation of templates and assets for hiring managers and leadership team

About you

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field (with legal right to do a 6 month internship in France)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and content creation
  • Natural curiosity about employee experience
