A hands-on interest in applied generative AI. You may have experimented with LLMs, RAG or AI agents through academic work, a personal project, or a previous internship, and you are eager to learn more about retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and reliability.
Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity: you are able to explore an unfamiliar topic, ask relevant questions, and examine results with critical thinking.
A good working knowledge of Python and an interest in developing sound coding practices such as testing, code reviews, documentation, and version control.
Clear communication skills, with a willingness to share your approach, results, questions, and uncertainties with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Curiosity about real-world industrial challenges and an interest in learning from users and domain experts.
Professional experience is not required: academic work, previous internships, personal projects, and genuine curiosity all count. You will receive regular guidance and feedback throughout the internship, with room to learn, experiment, and progressively take ownership.
