We are seeking a stagiaire who will participate in the review, negotiation and drafting of international contracts. The role covers a broad range of topics: introductory letters in exclusive negotiations, confidentiality agreements, partnership contracts, service contracts, purchase contracts, license agreements, mergers and acquisitions, construction contracts, distribution agreements, etc. The intern will also be involved in monitoring our international dispute matters. The intern will be asked to analyze existing legal situations and conduct legal research to issue recommendations. The international environment requires excellent business English proficiency.
