Une entreprise innovante dans le secteur de la santé recrute pour son équipe d'analyse de données afin de garantir la qualité de ses produits. En tant que membre de l'équipe qualité, vous serez en charge de l'analyse de données liées aux performances et de la mise en place de solutions pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur. Ce rôle nécessite une solide expertise en Python et SQL, ainsi qu'une expérience en visualisation de données.

Withings processes an ever-increasing amount of data in order to improve the functioning of its products, to offer new ones and to develop new innovative features. TheData Analytics teamis responsible for supporting the business teams, answering their questions and enabling them to monitor key performance indicators, as well as ensuring the relevance and quality of the data analyzed.

TheQuality teamhas a critical mission:

  • Guaranteeing the proper functioningof our products and associated software, from development to market release.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing quality issuesby thoroughly testing products, analyzing data from various sources (including manufacturing, internal beta-testing, and customer feedback), and collaborating with development teams to implement solutions.

As a member of the Data Analytics team and reporting to theQuality team, you will be required to:

  • Analyze vast amounts of data related toproduct performance, internal testing, and market feedback(from sources like software logs)
  • Implement robust data pipelines toaggregate, clean, transform, and precompute large volumes of diverse quality-related data.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitorkey performance indicators related to Product Quality, including market usage data, measurement failure rates, or other software indicators such as resets, errors/bug traces...retrieved from devices in customer hands
  • Propose data architectures and solutions tailored to the specific needs ofquality assurance
  • Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineering teamsto provide data-driven support
  • Support the Quality team indefining data collection strategies during product development to enable comprehensive quality tracking.

With your experience in Python, you will also be required to:

  • Develop scripts to support the developpement of automated tests in order to help speed up and reinforce the Software Quality team in the product software verification phases
  • Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., engineering school, doctorate) in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science).
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical aptitude and a passion forimproving product quality, and ultimately the user experience.
  • Proficiency inSQL and Pythonfor data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Experience in designing and maintainingdashboards and data visualizations(e.g., using Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Python libraries) or building data pipelines (e.g., using dbt, Dagster or Airflow).
  • A first successful experience in a data-oriented role (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Quality Engineer with strong data focus), ideally with exposure toquality or engineering data analysis is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding ofproduct development lifecycles and/or quality assurance methodologies is a strong plus.
