Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's client portfolio and support its development.
  • Support clients and act as their main point of contact. Listen to their needs and handle complaints.
  • Oversee the customer retention strategy.
  • Monitor action plans, analyze results, and performance indicators.
  • Analyze user experience and propose improvements.
  • Prepare reports and ensure proactive follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and proper solution use.
  • Coordinate and unify work teams.
  • Support back-office tasks to ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with:
    • Sales for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
    • Marketing to identify satisfaction drivers and create success stories.
    • Product and R&D for feedback and technical improvements.
  • Manage customer requests flow.
Key Qualifications
  • Higher education (university or business school), Masters in Finance and/or Banking.
  • Open to candidates with relevant experience, including internships.
  • Knowledge of interest rate products: loans, swaps, options, etc.
  • Good understanding of macroeconomics.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear and well-structured speech, pedagogical approach.
  • Interest and curiosity in software tools.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to support others.
