The CRM & Trade Marketing Intern is responsible for the local management of the customer portfolio management and the client strategy to support retail and marketing strategies to reach the sales objectives. His / her role will be key to help reach local marketing and retail KPIs of client recruitment and retention. He / she supervises the quality of the database in the Boutiques as well as supporting the definition of clienteling strategies to improve the client experience. He/she is in charge of the eDM / Newsletters campaigns led by HQ: proofreading translations, wordings, and approval of test mails (this requires continuous communication in English with the global team and an excellent level of French). He/she is also responsible for being in contact with our commercial partners to support their CRM strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibility 1 – Customer Data Base Management and Strategies
Ensure to communicate the KPIs to HQ and the local team (monthly follow-up). This requires a good level of Excel analysis.
Ensure enrichment, growth, setup, and integrity of the CRM.
Guarantee quality of the database from Boutiques.
Provide updated client profiles and client information, maintaining close communication with the marketing and retail team.
Update and communicate the do’s and don’ts of database management to the sales associates.
Be able to identify and anticipate key clientele problems / trends.
