MAIN PURPOSE

The CRM & Trade Marketing Intern is responsible for the local management of the customer portfolio management and the client strategy to support retail and marketing strategies to reach the sales objectives. His / her role will be key to help reach local marketing and retail KPIs of client recruitment and retention. He / she supervises the quality of the database in the Boutiques as well as supporting the definition of clienteling strategies to improve the client experience. He/she is in charge of the eDM / Newsletters campaigns led by HQ: proofreading translations, wordings, and approval of test mails (this requires continuous communication in English with the global team and an excellent level of French). He/she is also responsible for being in contact with our commercial partners to support their CRM strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibility 1 – Customer Data Base Management and Strategies

  • Ensure to communicate the KPIs to HQ and the local team (monthly follow-up). This requires a good level of Excel analysis.
  • Ensure enrichment, growth, setup, and integrity of the CRM.
  • Guarantee quality of the database from Boutiques.
  • Provide updated client profiles and client information, maintaining close communication with the marketing and retail team.
  • Update and communicate the do’s and don’ts of database management to the sales associates.
  • Be able to identify and anticipate key clientele problems / trends.

Key Responsibility 2 – Clienteling & Trade Marketing

  • Define clienteling strategies and improve client experience: 1:1 rendez-vous, quick wins strategies, new co-branding partnerships, etc.
  • Locally implement strategies to reach objectives with our top clients in close collaboration with Retail management.
  • Define local opportunities to improve our clienteling.
  • Support boutiques teams for events and activations with ad hoc client lists.

Key Responsibility 3 – eDM Campaigns

  • Proofread translations, wording, and approval of test mails.
  • Daily communication with the global team and CRM agency.
  • Support Wholesale partners with their Newsletters strategies.

Key Responsibility 4 – Reporting

  • Facilitate reports and analysis of the DB to management.
  • Elaborate dashboards and reports for local management to efficiently support the setup of strategies to meet sales objectives and strategic KPIs.
  • Create new reports upon management and HQ requests.

Key Responsibility - Budget

  • Follow up on the CRM budget.
  • Manage suppliers and invoicing.
