Brand Controlling:
Have an active role in improving the brand profitability and assist the Skincare Brand Finance controller with the following:
Brand Monthly Reporting:
Update monthly reporting & help analyze discrepancies vs Budget (Gross Sales, P&L).
Brand Budget Monitoring:
Purchase Orders monthly follow-up. Help the EMEA teams with their budget monitoring (Marketing, Merchandising, PR etc.). Participate in the budget review meetings with the teams, understand their needs and challenge their expenses.
Brand Review:
Help prepare quarterly presentations for the Shiseido Brand Review with EMEA Top Management.
