Malt, la première plateforme de freelancing en Europe, recherche un stagiaire en Sourcing ou Partenariat de Projet pour rejoindre son équipe à Paris. Le stage impliquera de qualifier les besoins des clients, trouver des freelances adaptés, et rédiger des propositions commerciales. Avec une culture d'entreprise forte et une approche humaine, Malt offre un environnement dynamique où vous pourrez vous épanouir personnellement et professionnellement. Ce stage de 6 mois commence en juillet 2025, avec des avantages tels que des tickets restaurant et une politique de télétravail hybride.

Qualifications

• Recherche d’un stage à temps plein de 6 mois à partir de juillet 2025.
• Langues : français natif, anglais de bon niveau.

Responsabilités

• Qualifier les besoins des clients et identifier les profils de freelances.
• Participer aux réunions avec les clients et rédiger des propositions commerciales.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente sur des réunions clients.

Explore your future career:

The Sourcing or Project Partnering team plays a central role at Malt and must be able to perfectly understand the freelancers' jobs, as well as challenge the clients.

Your role will be to qualify our clients’ needs and to identify the freelancers profiles that match best.

Our recruitment consultants specialize in job categories (IT, Digital, Consulting...) and work on a portfolio of large account clients with Key Account Managers in charge of account openings.

You will be in daily contact with Sales who will work with you on assignments, and you will act as the point of contact for assignments, to manage complex requests that clients cannot carry out independently.

Key responsibilities :

• Find and contact freelancers thanks to to your expert knowledge of the Malt algorithm and the associated Best Practices
• Support the Senior Recruitment Consultants of the Sourcing department in the daily search and identification of the freelances that meet customer needs
• Participate in client meetings in the context of defining the needs (accompanying the client in defining his needs for external support)
• Prepareresponses and creation of commercial proposals: exchange with the freelancers and experts of the network, composition and formatting of commercial proposals, support for project follow-up, preparation of customer presentations
• Participate in customer meetings with key accounts with the sales team
• Engage in cross-functional projects with other departments of the company (Product/Tech, Marketing, HR)

About you :

• Currently enrolled in a business school or similar and are looking for a full-time 6 month internship from July 2025
• Sense of service and a taste for interacting with the freelancers in our community
• Ready for challenges and know how to transmit your energy thanks to your enthusiasm and your proactivity
• You speak native-level French and have a good level of English it's essential to be able to communicate with an international team

• First call to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes)
• Interview with members of the sourcing team, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
• Last round with Laura Nadal, Head of Sourcing
• Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in July 2025 !
