Une entreprise internationale de services numériques recherche un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre son équipe de responsabilité sociale des entreprises. Vous participerez à des projets sur les droits humains et développerez des matériaux de sensibilisation. Une maîtrise en responsabilité sociale ou domaine connexe est requise. Ce stage de 6 mois commence le 1er septembre 2025 avec une indemnité brute de 1572 à 2096 €/mois selon l’école.

• Suivre le plan d’action sur les politiques de droits de l'homme.
• Développer des actions sur l'accessibilité et la neurodiversité.

About the role

Within the Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Responsibility Department of the Group, you will support the societal team in handling projects related to human rights and explore various themes in an international environment.

In this role, you will contribute:

1. to the design of awareness materials on human rights for Group employees using various innovative formats and supports,
2. to monitoring the action plan related to policies or programs on human rights: organizing working groups in collaboration with multiple entities (purchasing, human resources, innovation, legal...), facilitating internal communities,
3. to developing actions to consider disability, accessibility, and neurodiversity: promoting the 2024/2025 disability report, monitoring external partnerships, internal steering committees,

About you

• Master's level (M2) in CSR, sociology of usages, political sciences, etc.,
• Sensitivity to digital and social and societal issues,
• Good knowledge and understanding of contemporary global challenges, especially geopolitical ones,
• Organizational qualities (synthesis, methodology, rigor, planning skills, etc.),
• Analytical and synthesis skills, oral and written communication skills,
• Ability to communicate fluently in French and English with diverse interlocutors in a multicultural environment.

The societal team is one of the three pillars of the Group's CSR department. It addresses societal issues and digital inclusion for entities, countries, and business units.

The societal strategy and innovation department anticipates the Group's responses to digital evolutions and analyzes social and societal changes that may impact business sustainability, our clients, and society.

In line with Orange's purpose, it ensures the Group's respect for human rights across all geographies, considering its extended responsibility as a digital operator, economic actor, and international contractor. It provides guidelines and recommendations to support the Group's social and societal engagement by deploying reflection spaces and coordinated actions to enhance the impact of initiatives; it ensures that recommendations are appropriately addressed within the CSR governance bodies for implementation and actively contributes to non-financial reporting.
