Your Missions

As a Junior Assistant Category Manager for our Market brands Finish, Vanish, and Harpic (Hygiene Business Unit):

You will support the Market Category Management team in:

1/ Implementing in-store activation levers:

  • Leading projects on Trade operations development and implementation.
  • Collaborating with creative agencies on projects.
  • Working with retail teams to ensure proper execution in stores.
  • Developing and coordinating the deployment of displays and promotional tools.

You will also develop POS tools for sales teams and retail outlets, including small furniture to highlight innovations.

  • Identifying products to promote based on Reckitt's strategy.
  • Managing development from brief to delivery, including supplier coordination and prototype validation.
  • Acting as a liaison for sales teams to ensure in-store execution, argumentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyzing results to optimize future strategies.

2/ Developing sales arguments for new product launches and merchandising strategies:

  • Creating sales arguments and tools for re-selling.
  • Building national merchandising plans using our Spaceman software, analyzing market performance, segments, and shopper studies.

3/ Conducting market analyses:

  • Using Nielsen panels to analyze innovation performance, promotional effectiveness, and market intelligence.

For the Health brands (Durex, Veet, etc.):

You will support the Brand Trade Marketing team in:

  • Implementing in-store activation tools and promotional campaigns.
  • Developing merchandising plans and new planograms.
  • Conducting market analyses and building sales arguments for teams.

Your Profile

We seek students in business schools demonstrating autonomy, organization, rigor, curiosity, results orientation, good interpersonal skills, and an interest in consumer products. Fluency in English is required.

Conditions:

  • Start: January 2025 for 6 months.
  • Location: Massy (91), accessible from Paris via RER.
  • Remote work allowed occasionally.
  • Stipend: €1,300/month (or €1,400 for final-year students), plus transportation, meal vouchers, and other benefits.
