Our Quality Systems Assurance Department is seeking its future intern!

This internship will introduce you to the comprehensive quality system implemented to produce cosmetic products compliant with ISO 22716, the Good Manufacturing Practices standard.

Based at our expanding site in Chartres, you will join the Quality Systems Assurance team, composed of four members, working closely with all departments.

1. Develop a site quality risk analysis with the support of service managers across various processes to meet ISO 22716 requirements for the upcoming audit. This includes processes such as Procurement, Planning, Receiving, Storage of Packaging Articles (AC), Storage of Raw Materials (MP), Manufacturing, Storage of Semi-finished Goods (SO), Packaging, Storage of Semi-finished/Finished Products (SF/PF), Shipping, Equipment Maintenance, Buildings/Utilities, Quality Control Laboratory, AC and PF Quality Control at Packaging.
2. Assist in preparing the Site Master File describing quality management activities, facilities, production, and quality control equipment to facilitate audits and inspections.
3. Be a student in engineering or quality master's program seeking a final or gap year internship focused on quality assurance.
4. Ideally, have previous experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
5. Recognized for your proactive approach, curiosity, and ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally in a concise and engaging manner.
6. Be dynamic, methodical, eager to learn and challenge yourself.
7. Have a taste for challenges, exchanges, and hands-on work.
