Job Description

The Beauty Factory is the dedicated agency for L’Oréal Group brands. The team consists of 80 people, including account managers, creatives, legal, production, and strategic planning teams. Together, they develop global advertising campaigns across TV, digital, print, and more.

As part of the strategic planning team, your role will be multifaceted:

- Identify and analyze trends in the beauty industry (hair care, skin care, sun care, hair color).

- Understand the beauty market landscape, including brand strategy (Garnier, Ultra Doux, Fructis, Skin Active, Ambre Solaire, Olia, Good, Nutrisse…), messaging, and target audiences.

- Write the weekly newsletter shared with the entire Publicis "Beauty Factory" team and L’Oréal.

- Uncover consumer insights to inspire both planning and creative teams using available tools (data, social media, targeting, trend reports, etc.).

- Help shape creative briefs.

- Contribute to the development of strategic and creative recommendations.
