Une entreprise de luxe à Paris recherche un(e) assistant(e) Digital & CRM pour soutenir le développement du réseau e-Wholesale et mettre en œuvre des activations numériques. Ce stage offre une occasion unique d'explorer l'industrie de la fragrance et de la beauté dans un environnement international. Les candidats doivent être étudiants en marketing/digital avec une expérience préalable en marketing ou e-commerce. Les compétences en anglais et la maîtrise d'Excel sont essentielles.

Qualifications

  • Expérience préalable en marketing, e-commerce, ou coordination de projets.
  • Expérience dans des environnements de luxe ou internationaux est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Partager et centraliser des actifs digitaux, contribuer aux briefs e-Wholesale.
  • Supporter de nouveaux lancements de corners, assurer la conformité eMerchandising.
  • Agir comme contact digital quotidien pour les marchés, préparer du contenu.

Within the Export & Travel Retail Europe (Fragrance & Beauty) Marketing team, you will support the development of the e-Wholesale network and implement 360° digital activations (Marketing and CRM) for 25 Export markets and Travel Retail.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the luxury fragrance & beauty industry in an international environment, at the crossroads of digital strategy, operational marketing, project coordination, and performance analysis.

Supervised by the Digital & CRM Manager and collaborating with the e-Retail Project Manager, you will work closely with local markets and internal departments (business, marketing, e-commerce, digital, data & CRM).

Main Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Activation: Share and centralize digital assets, contribute to e-Wholesale briefs, support asset validation, and monitor performance metrics.
  • e-Wholesale Network Development & Performance: Support new corner launches, ensure eMerchandising compliance, and analyze performance data.
  • Market Support & Project Coordination: Act as daily digital contact for markets, prepare content, and assist in meetings and reports.
Profile

Education & Experience: Master’s student in marketing/digital, with prior internship experience in marketing, e-commerce, or project coordination. Experience in luxury or international environments is a plus.

Key Skills: Fluent in English, strong organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with PowerBI or GA4 is advantageous.
