Job Description

The proposed missions are mainly carried out in support of the MOOC Community Manager and the organizing team, to facilitate communication and collaboration with and among the participants of the socio-constructivist MOOC:

1. Animate the LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter networks
2. Propose a social media communication plan
3. Moderate and ensure the proper functioning of the MOOC Forum
4. Communicate and transmit participant activities to the pedagogical team
5. Assist in centralizing resources produced by participants
6. Participate in mass communication campaigns (via Mailchimp or the MOOC platform)
7. Assist in organizing and animating weekly web conferences in the evening during the MOOC
8. Attend weekly team meetings in the evening
9. Analyze entry and exit questionnaires with the team
10. Conduct monitoring/benchmarking to support strategic decisions
