We have a phenomenal opportunity for a DIPAC (Data Insights Profiles & Adobe Customer Journey) Account Executive in our Digital Experience team based in Paris.

As an Account Executive, you will drive net new revenue within an assigned account base. The ideal candidate is someone with a "hunter" and farming capacities who thrives on being on the front lines, prospecting, consultative selling, closing deals, and winning! The perfect candidate will achieve success through solution selling capabilities and direct, face-to-face contact with customers and partners. What you'll Do:

  • Account Management - Own the customer relationship, with an emphasis on our DIPAC solutions.
  • Territory Strategy - Responsible for developing territory strategy (from prospecting to closing), partnering internally and externally to define strategic vision and roadmap.
  • New Business - Develops business case to deliver One Adobe story, focusing on business vision that supports a customer's long-term strategy & use cases.
  • Upsell & Renewal - Responsible for the overall account health, ensuring that renewal risks are identified and addressed as well as expansion opportunities.
  • Cross-Sell - Partner with Marketing & partner ecosystem to find opportunities to expand and sell new solutions and overseeing full sales opportunity lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven Sales expertise in the Data & Insights Solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe's solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to become trusted client advisor.
  • Ability to position and communicate the value of Adobe products.
  • Find opportunities for expansion or implementation of broader Adobe solution portfolio.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate dedicated, pooled, and solution specific resources.
  • Open new opportunities/business on pure prospects.
  • Fluency in English and French.
