L'Agence Française de Développement recherche un.e candidat.e pour rejoindre le Fonds Metis en tant que responsable de la communication et du soutien événementiel. Ce poste de 6 mois, à partir de septembre 2025, implique la gestion des réseaux sociaux, la création de supports, et le développement de partenariats culturels. Ce rôle passionnant est parfait pour une personne dynamique et autonome, prête à s'investir dans une mission centrée sur l'art et le développement durable.

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 requis.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais à un niveau opérationnel.
• Dynamique, autonome et enthousiaste.

Responsabilités

• En charge de la communication et du soutien aux événements du Fonds Metis.
• Développement d'une cartographie des partenaires.
• Soutien transversal à l'équipe sur la gestion de projets.

JOB TITLE

What will be your role?

Reporting to the director of the Fonds Metis and interacting directly with all team members of Metis, you will be:

1. In charge of communication and event support for the Fonds Metis:
   • Planning and managing social media networks
   • Updating the website
   • Managing the newsletter
   • Creating various supporting materials related to our actions/programs
2. Responsible for developing a mapping of relevant partners for Metis, such as:
   • French cultural institutions
   • Networks of cultural actors
   • Research institutions involved in Arts and Society
3. Providing transversal support to the team on:
   • Monitoring, managing, and capitalizing on projects funded by Metis in its areas of intervention
   • Operational management, note drafting, contract monitoring, meeting facilitation, contact with the AFD agencies in the concerned countries, artists, and operators

Duration: 6 months, starting preferably in September 2025

Who are we looking for?

Skills required:

• Interest in collective projects, citizen participation, and generally the issues of Art and Development
• Comfortable in collaborative work environments and team-oriented
• Higher education (Bac+4/5) from business school, journalism school, or engineering school

Personal qualities / interpersonal skills:

• Good interpersonal skills, ease in speaking, and adaptability to different interlocutors
• Excellent writing skills and good spelling
• Proficient with office tools and social media; experience with InDesign and Canva is a plus
• Dynamic, autonomous, organized, enthusiastic about developing the Fonds Metis

Languages:

• Operational level of English: ability to draft documents in English
