Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Communication Intern to join our team. You will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, collaborate on campaign execution, and contribute creative ideas to expand our marketing channels. This internship offers valuable experience in marketing and communication, helping you build essential skills for a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with good multitasking and organizational skills and a basic understanding of marketing principles.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with the update and development of marketing materials (client presentations, brochures, flyers, firm’s database requests)
2. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables in line with Group guidelines
3. Contribute to communication campaigns and activity coordination, including LinkedIn, e-newsletters, video tools
4. Assist in all facets of event management & coordination: invitation drafting, emailing campaigns, registration follow-up, external supplier management, and post-event analysis
5. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
6. Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, web)
