Intern – Production Purchasing Assistant (M/F)

July 2025

Paris (Headquarters)

Under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager, the Purchasing Assistant will work within their team and will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Create, verify, and monitor accurate information on materials and components in the ERP system.
  • Gather technical data, material swatches, and organize administrative documents related to customs compliance.
  • Establish, complete, and regularly update various tools used by the department (Material stock binder, Follow-up table for materials, Direct material dispatch table, etc.).
  • Assist in managing purchases and supplies. Ultimately, independently manage an established supplier network with the team.
  • Validate with the purchasing team the samples and types of samples following purchase order launches.
  • Initiate and monitor material tests.
  • Track material stocks and ensure their consistency both digitally and physically.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and follow up with suppliers as needed.
  • Assist in the accounting follow-up of material purchase invoices.
  • Participate in RSE projects and raw material traceability initiatives.
