The opportunity

The junior buyer will join the Group Service Purchasing Department. He/she will support the Service Purchasing team (Onshore, Nearshore, Offshore).

As an intern buyer, you will explore all facets of the buyer profession—from market analysis to negotiation and contracting. You will work on purchasing projects using procurement tools, engaging with suppliers and internal users at Worldline.

By the end of the internship, you will have learned to:

• Operate in an international context
• Manage purchasing files independently
• Negotiate purchase conditions
• Work in project mode
• Synthesize data and focus on essentials

Your daily responsibilities

Understand the needs of internal teams/customers, challenge and validate them;

Manage calls for tenders and follow-up with internal clients;

Negotiate with suppliers and finalize contracts;

Analyze supplier portfolios;

Update documents to optimize the purchasing department's efficiency;

Conduct supplier sourcing.

• You are a student in business school, IAE, management. Purchasing specialization is a plus.

• Fluent in English,
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint,
• Have some previous work experience.
