Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France

Role Overview: Within the sales department, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy on the ground, in Out-of-Home channels (Distributors, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Takeaways...). You will act as the interface between headquarters teams (key accounts, marketing, support teams) and the sales force, defining and animating priorities and action plans. This stimulating position will help you understand the Out-of-Home market and its challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and analyze information from headquarters (marketing, key accounts, support teams).
  2. Implement regional and national commercial strategies.
  3. Coordinate interactions between headquarters and field teams.

Project Management: Autonomously manage the digital tool "L’indispensable," which consolidates all key information for the sales force. This includes managing, monitoring, and optimizing the tool based on field feedback.

Strategy Development and Implementation for 2023:

  1. Participate in and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders at headquarters to ensure the provision of resources for the sales team.
  2. Organize key events on the ground in collaboration with marketing teams and conduct operational reviews.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent (BAC+4/+5), seeking a final internship.
  • Rigorous, organized, autonomous, proactive, and motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
