The Role

The primary role of the Staffing Executive is to proactively deliver project excellence by sourcing, training, and managing field staff for client projects. You will be a key team member, reporting to a Staffing Manager, managing juniors, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns. Building loyalty and strong relationships with field teams and clients is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities
Admin
  • Support campaign briefing communication
  • Manage contracts and legal compliance via 1CRM
  • Follow up on payroll queries
  • Review and approve T&A submissions
  • Ensure compliance with DPAE and other regulations
  • Complete staff reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate staff profiles for sedcard creation
Recruitment
  • Organize and run casting sessions
  • Support onboarding and profile compliance
  • Ensure profiles meet business KPIs
  • Recruit candidates through advertisements, CV screening, and interviews
Staffing
  • Take full ownership of staffing projects

Salary & Benefits

Salary ranges from £30,000 to £33,000 annually, depending on experience. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of July.
