As organizations increasingly adopt AI‑powered tools to transform the way employees work, our client is investing heavily in intelligent workplace experiences that improve knowledge access, productivity, collaboration, and automation while maintaining the governance, security, and trust that enterprises require.

What You'll Do
  • Define and drive product strategy for AI‑powered workplace experiences and intelligent employee services.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, search, and knowledge management technologies to create measurable customer value.
  • Own product discovery efforts through customer interviews, workshops, research, and market analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
  • Translate customer insights and market opportunities into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
  • Write detailed product specifications and partner with Engineering and Design teams throughout delivery.
  • Drive prioritization decisions by balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, business value, and security considerations.
  • Monitor developments across AI, enterprise software, workplace technology, and emerging industry trends.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to communicate product vision, launches, and value propositions.
  • Support Sales, Customer Success, and partner teams with enablement materials, product narratives, and demonstrations.
  • Define success metrics and measure adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Champion a customer‑centric and outcome‑driven approach to product development.
What We're Looking For
  • 5–10 years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology‑driven environments.
  • Proven experience leading products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Strong experience building or managing mobile‑first product experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex, data‑rich, or technically sophisticated products.
  • Experience translating emerging technologies and customer needs into successful product initiatives.
  • Strong product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Go‑To‑Market teams.
  • Professional fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, or enterprise search technologies.
  • Background in employee experience, collaboration, knowledge management, productivity, or workplace software.
  • Familiarity with enterprise governance, permissions, compliance, or regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, customer demonstrations, and partner ecosystems.
  • Exposure to large‑scale SaaS platforms serving enterprise customers.
  • Previous experience in a high‑growth startup or scale‑up environment.
