Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer in France to own and modernize critical CI/CD and cloud infrastructure. You will shape architecture, improve security, and drive reliability across multi-product pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Terragrunt, Terramate, and ArgoCD.

The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on delivery, and architectural leadership to enable scalable, secure, and efficient software delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AWS cloud experience for prod environments.
• Deep CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Strong IaC with Terraform; Terragrunt/Terramate helpful.
• Kubernetes/EKS know-how, Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Security-first mindset: IAM, RBAC, secrets management.
• Observability tooling: Grafana, Prometheus; Backstage familiarity.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CI/CD platform and migration initiatives.
• Define platform architecture balancing scale, security, and cost.
• Implement IaC across AWS using Terraform and related tools.
• Design secure delivery pipelines with proper approvals and secrets handling.
• Enhance cloud security with least-privilege and role-based access.
• Support Kubernetes infrastructure with EKS, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Contribute to observability stack to improve reliability.
• Advance internal developer platform tooling (Backstage).
• Review and improve Terraform modules and pipelines.
• Lead incident response and long-term improvements.
