Your Team

At Nabla, product development is led jointly by Engineering and Product and organized into cross-functional squads focused on specific product areas. Each squad brings together product managers, designers, engineers of different profiles and domain experts, operating with a high level of ownership. As a Senior FrontEnd Engineer, you’ll join one of these squads and contribute end‑to‑end to a specific part of the product.

What You’ll Do

As a Staff Front-End Engineer, you will lead the development of high-impact user experiences across web apps, desktop apps, browser extensions and mobile interfaces. You will set the standard for UI quality and performance, and play a central role in evolving our design system, architecture and tooling.

• Build and lead the development of complex front‑end features using React, TypeScript and Tailwind.
• Drive architecture and technical decisions around shared UI libraries and front‑end performance.
• Partner with Design to deliver intuitive, polished and accessible experiences.
• Help scale our apps across web, mobile (Capacitor) and desktop (Electron).
• Collaborate closely with Product, ML and Back‑End teams to ship full‑stack features.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to team‑wide best practices.

Your DNA

• 8+ years of experience in front-end or full‑stack development, focused on modern web technologies.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, CSS architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience with design systems and building for reusability and consistency.
• Ability to thrive in cross‑functional environments and turn user needs into polished interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code and help others do the same.
• Communicate clearly in English.
• Bonus: experience with mobile apps, Electron, accessibility or healthcare products.

Where you’ll be based

Our offices are located in Paris 3e (Arts & Métiers). We offer a flexible hybrid policy with 1–2 remote days per week and 1–2 weeks fully remote per year.
