Job summary

Nabla is a medical AI assistant for medical staff, automating administrative tasks so clinicians can focus on patients. The design team collaborates with product and engineering to deliver high-impact tools that delight clinicians and solve pain points.

As a Design role, you’ll lead end-to-end design from ideation to execution, build and evolve Nabla's internal design system, and work with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive, user-centric products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing product experiences at a tech or product-driven company.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric solutions that make complex business logic easy to use for the end user.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile, with a strong understanding of responsive behavior and platform constraints.
• Fluency in Figma.
• Curiosity for new design/protoyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Paper, etc.).
• A doer mindset: you’re ready to jump in, iterate fast, and ship.
• Proven ability to communicate design decisions clearly, from concept to implementation, across multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid visual design skills, with a strong sense of craft: you sweat the details and take pride in shipping polished, refined interfaces.

The Nabla design team works alongside product and engineering to define and deliver high-impact tools that delight clinicians and solve their most pressing pain points.

Our team is responsible for discovering, understanding, and framing user needs, crafting seamless end-to-end experiences, iterating on feedback, and maintaining a scalable internal design system.

What you’ll do

Where you’ll be based

This position is full-time and based in Paris. or remote france if you’re the profile

Remote policy: 1-2 days a week (with some flexibility). Possibility of working remotely 1-2 weeks once a year.
