What You’ll Do

As a Senior Front‑End Engineer, you lead the development of high‑impact user experiences across our web, desktop, browser extensions, and mobile interfaces. You set the standard for UI quality, performance, and architecture, and evolve our design system.

• Build and lead the development of complex front‑end features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Drive architecture and technical decisions around shared UI libraries and front‑end performance
• Partner with Design to deliver intuitive, polished, and accessible experiences
• Help scale our apps across web, mobile (Capacitor), and desktop (Electron)
• Collaborate closely with Product, ML, and Back‑End teams to ship full‑stack features
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to team‑wide best practices

Impact

• Nabla processes 10 billion tokens/month with LLMs
• Hundreds of thousands of clinical notes are automatically generated and synced with EHRs each week
• Our apps support real‑time use in high‑stakes clinical environments

Your DNA

• 5+ years of front‑end or full‑stack development, focused on modern web technologies
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, CSS architecture, and performance optimization
• Experience with design systems and building for reusability and consistency
