Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams within an agile environment, collaborating with product design and business teams.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join the Health Care Professional Data Platform team in the Business Performance domain.

As a Staff Engineer, your mission will be to work across several Feature Teams, developing new projects that help healthcare professionals work better together.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

You'll be joining the Health Care Professional Data Platform stream, composed of 3 FT working on several projects:

• Compliance (ID card verifications, Right To Practice, User-generated Content Moderation, etc.)
• Build a service to analyze if our users are utilizing our tools optimally (Agenda, Clinical Care, Cooperation, etc.)
• Build a centralized platform for practitioners to manage their identities across our solutions (civil identity, credentials, specialties, etc.)
• Create a social network of health professionals using public and private data to understand the healthcare system's structure and improve their collaboration.

Who you are

• Have 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with systems at scale
• Knowledge of software and system design
• Ability to identify and adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues
• Eager to leverage your experience to grow Doctolib's tech team
• Hands-on experience with React and Java or Ruby on Rails

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in architecture choices for high-traffic web applications
• Experience in hypergrowth environments
