• 8+ ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur logiciel.
• Connaissance des systèmes à grande échelle et conception logicielle.

• Construire des services d'analyse pour optimiser l'utilisation des outils.

Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join the Health Care Professional Data Platform team in the Business Performance domain.

As a Staff Engineer, your mission will be to work on the scope of several Feature Teams. You will be working in a stream developing new projects helping health care professionals work better together.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Compliance (ID card verifications, Right To Practice, User generated Content Moderation...)
2. Build a service to analyze if our users are in an optimal way to use all of our tools (Agenda, Clinical, Care Cooperation...)
3. Build a centralized place to allow practitioners to manage their identities across our solutions (civil identity, credentials, specialties...)
4. Ultimately, create a "social network" of health professionals using public and private data to understand how the healthcare system is structured and improve their way to work and interact together.

Who you are

• Have 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Have experience with systems at scale
• Have knowledge of software and system design
• Have the ability to find and adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues
• Are eager to leverage your experience and skills to grow the whole Tech at Doctolib
• Are eager to be hands-on with React and Java or Ruby on Rails
• Speak English

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

• Have been involved in Architecture choices for high traffic web applications.
• Have experience in a hyper-growth environment
