• Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Ingénieur Logiciel.
• Expérience dans des environnements à forte croissance.
• Capacité à choisir et adapter des technologies pour résoudre des problèmes.

Responsabilités

• Travailler avec des équipes pour construire des produits scalables pour des millions d'utilisateurs.
• Collaborer avec plusieurs équipes pour assurer la conformité et les normes.
• Participer à des décisions architecturales et régler les problèmes de scalabilité.

Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, collaborating with product, design, and business teams.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join the Health Care Professional Data Platform team in the Business Performance domain.

As a Staff Engineer, your mission will be to work across several Feature Teams. You will develop new projects to help healthcare professionals work better together.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Work with a specific domain to help build scalable, maintainable products serving millions across Europe.
• Collaborate daily with Developers, Engineering Managers, Directors, SREs, Product Managers, and Security teams to ensure standards and alignment.
• Help solve complex problems with scalable solutions, contribute ideas, patterns, and processes, and support others' growth.
• Participate in architecture decisions and streamline domains, addressing risks related to scalability, security, and maintainability.

Who you are

• Have 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with systems at scale
• Knowledge of software and system design
• Ability to select and adapt technologies to solve issues
• Enthusiastic about leveraging your experience to grow Doctolib's tech
• Hands-on experience with React and Java or Ruby on Rails
• Speak English

• Have been involved in architecture choices for high-traffic web applications
