Arm is seeking a Staff Hardware AI Engineer to develop AI-enabled automation for hardware design and verification. You will bridge hardware engineering with AI tooling, partnering with Architects to scale AI-powered solutions across Arm engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of RTL design and verification interfaces.
• Experience with at least one major EDA vendor toolset.
• Practical experience using AI for engineering automation (prompt design/iteration, structured outputs).
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team coordination abilities.
• Clear written communication and ability to turn ambiguity into requirements.

Responsabilités

• Contribute hands-on toward AI-based solutions for Hardware Design & Verification automation.
• Develop solutions using OpenAI Codex and tool integrations (e.g., simulation flows, log analysis).
• Collaborate with Arm Engineering teams to capture real engineering struggles and turn them into requirements.
• Build quick prototypes and evaluate EDA AI tools to validate feasibility and impact.
• Lead adoption through demos, workshops, onboarding guides, and removing blockers.
