As a SSU CRA at ICON, you will be part of the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

We are looking for motivated SSU CRA based in Paris/Ile de France to join our sponsor dedicated model.

What you will be doing:

As an SSU CRA, your focus will be on Site Relationship Management to ensure sustainable trial execution at sites. You will be responsible for site selection, study start-up activities, and deliverables for Phase I-IV trials within the country. Proactive site preparation, early identification of site needs and issues, and effective handover to CRAs will be key responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Support SSU strategy in collaboration with the SSU Team Lead, Feasibility Manager, and Site Partner Manager.
• Ensure timely start-up activities from country allocation to site green light.
• Conduct site selection visits and verify site eligibility.
• Serve as the main contact during site selection, study start-up, and IRB/IEC and HA submissions.
• Collect submission-relevant documents.

You will need:

• Solid experience as CRA within CRO/Pharma companies.
• Strong expertise in site selection and study start-up.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and local codes of practice.
• Attention to detail, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel less than a typical CRA role.
