GitGuardian, a global cybersecurity scale-up headquartered in Paris, is seeking a Head of SRE to lead a small, high-skilled team and own platform reliability for the SaaS product. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager of the Foundation tribe and drive scalable, secure infrastructure that meets customer SLAs.

You will mentor engineers, shape quarterly goals, manage on-call rotations, and collaborate across teams to improve availability, latency and efficiency while writing

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering/computer science.
• 2+ years in a similar management position.
• DevOps approach with observability, automation and security mindful.
• Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud providers, Terraform and Kubernetes.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 3 SREs and align infrastructure to customer SLAs/SLOs.
• Build and maintain monitoring policies with business KPIs.
• Manage data services and ensure durability across platforms (S3, Clickhouse, Elasticsearch).
• Drive security reviews, SOC2 readiness and cross-team compliance.
• Own on-call rotation and incident response improvements.
• Write and maintain infrastructure/documentation; support Sales with SRE expertise.
