Cloud Temple invites you to join a leading sovereign cloud specialist shaping secure, scalable infrastructure for European clients. You will build and evolve automation platforms, drive CI/CD and infrastructure as code, and collaborate with application teams to deliver reliable services in a security-conscious setting.

You’ll work in a dynamic, demanding environment, with remote work options and ongoing proficiency development in cloud technologies, DevOps practices and SRE principles.

Qualifications

• Five-year post-A-level qualification from an engineering school or equivalent.
• At least three years’ experience in demanding technical environments.
• Strong expertise in DevOps/SRE and software factory engineering as well as deployment and maintenance of highly industrialised platforms.
• Thorough understanding of infrastructure automation, quality, performance and availability.
• Skills in cloud technologies and automation; banking sector experience is a plus.

Working as part of an Operations Squad and reporting to its Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for the stability and quality of the service provided to one of our key account customers, working in a demanding environment in terms of security and availability.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance and evolution of cloud applications and services.

Tasks :

The "Automation Platforms" team, which reports to the IT Department's Infrastructure department, shares the mission of its "Cloud & Shared Platforms" domain by :

• Providing technical solutions that enable developers to build, test, deploy and operate their applications securely, reliably, scalably and cost-effectively
• The provision of "turnkey" or self-service services for application teams, enabling them to concentrate on developing value-added features.

To achieve this mission, the Automation Platforms team has the following main objectives:

• Promoting automation and minimising the impact on application code in terms of CI/CD via a software factory approach
• Create, plan and monitor workflows using computer programming
• Propose an ecosystem of coherent components for file transfers within the MMG IS and with external partners

The Automation Platforms team is responsible for developing and maintaining in production the various products for which it is responsible, in particular :

Your main tasks are as follows:

You build and develop the IT department’s automation platforms

• Implement changes to the team's products to meet the needs of our customers and the challenges of the IT Department's transformation programmes
• Providing support to application development teams to facilitate the use and adoption of the team's products and anticipate new needs
• Monitor and propose changes to the products managed by the team

You take security considerations into account throughout the entire service lifecycle

• Improving the compliance of the team's products in accordance with the rules defined with the Security team (performing level 1 checks, resolving vulnerabilities, implementing recommendations resulting from audit plans).
• Implementing changes to the security components of the products managed by the team

Day in, day out, you help to improve the reliability and availability of our services

• Maintaining the operational readiness and reliability of the production of services managed by the team in order to guarantee an optimum level of service
  end: you ensure the financial optimisation of infrastructures
• Facilitating cost monitoring, proposing and implementing actions to optimise consumption of the team's product resources using a FINOPS approach

Profile required

You will have a five-year post-A-level qualification, from an engineering school or equivalent, and at least three years’ successful experience in demanding technical environments.

You have developed strong expertise in DevOps/SRE engineering and software factory engineering, as well as in the deployment and ongoing maintenance of highly industrialised technical platforms.

You have a thorough understanding of the challenges relating to infrastructure automation, quality, performance and availability. You also have skills in application development and a strong interest in cloud technologies and automation.

Experience in the banking sector, ideally within a financial institution, is a real asset.
