Une entreprise innovante cherche un Manager de Produit en Solutions Énergétiques pour conduire sa mission vers le zéro carbone. En dirigeant une équipe dédiée, vous serez responsable du développement de solutions énergétiques complètes et de leur alignement avec les besoins du marché. Ce rôle stratégique vous permettra d'influencer directement les objectifs de durabilité de nos clients et de contribuer à la transition énergétique globale.

Qualifications

• Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de produit, dont 3 ans dans un rôle de direction.
• Expérience en logiciels B2B SaaS et gestion de l'énergie est un plus.
• Expérience dans des équipes multiculturelles et agiles.

Responsabilités

• Développer et communiquer la vision, la stratégie et la feuille de route du produit.
• Travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour définir et lancer des produits.
• Servir de point de contact principal entre les équipes produit, ingénierie et commerciales.

Description du poste

The Energy Solutions Product Manager will drive Akila’s mission to help clients achieve net-zero carbon emissions through innovative energy management. You'll oversee the development of comprehensive energy solutions, covering both demand reduction and supply optimization. This role demands collaboration with various departments to align our product vision with market needs and business objectives. We're looking for a strategic leader who can translate complex energy concepts into valuable products, lead the product management team, and advocate for our solutions across different audiences. Your work will directly impact our clients' sustainability goals and the broader energy transition.

Key duties and responsibilities :

• Deeply involved in the development and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product direction.
• Ensure the product strategy supports broader company objectives, focusing on international scalability and long-term growth.

Cross-functional Leadership :

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to define, develop, and launch products.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize product features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Act as the primary point of contact between product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment on product deliverables.
• Be the product champion internally and externally, promoting the product to customers, partners, and the market.
• High energy level, sense of urgency and intellectual curiosity, confident, thorough, not afraid to make decisions, oriented toward practical solutions. Passion for developing great products!
• Represent the product in industry events, conferences, webinars, and client meetings to drive awareness and adoption.
• Lead and mentor product managers to foster a product-driven culture within the organization.

Skills, Competencies and Qualifications :

Experience :

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (e.g., Product Director, Senior Product Manager) or deep experience in energy management.
• Enterprise B2B SaaS software experience is a plus
• Energy management software experience is a plus
• Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile, global & multi-cultural environment

• Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across different departments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track product performance and make informed decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in agile product development methodologies and tools.
• Education / Certification :
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferable to have energy management related certification or understanding : BCxP, CEM, PMVA (IPMVP) or similar
