Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) EMEA GTM Specialist team as a Sr. Manager for GenAI / ML Specialists Solutions Architects!

Location : Paris

This position is part of the Amazon Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Key job responsibilities

As Senior Manager of EMEA GenAI / ML Specialist Solutions Architecture, you'll play a vital role in guiding innovative customers, while embracing change and adapting to the fast moving pace of the technology and the business. Your responsibilities include :

• Managing a team of GenAI / ML experts while ensuring team's well-being.
• Interacting and leading the team with engagement at the CxO / VP level, as well as developers and technical architects, to develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive top-line-revenue, and explore strategic partnerships.
• Developing and deploying sales / technical motions and programs that leverage Field Sales teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels.
• Partnering with cross functional teams across Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborating with the Service and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, release plan.
• Developing strong relationships with strategic GenAI customers in EMEA.
• Guiding your team to find ways to scale tech knowledge via products, programs, and the AWS Field
• Capturing and sharinf best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS SA community
• Guiding and motivating the development of whitepapers, datasheets, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices
• Collaboration with AWS Senior Leadership
