The Sr. Director, International Sales – EMEA will grow international sales by developing and implementing strategies to support our international partners, primarily across Europe, but also supporting international partner growth. This role will expand existing revenue streams and develop market-leading international capabilities and solutions for partners operating across multiple countries and geographies.

A core part of the role involves navigating complex financial and tax regulations, as well as ERP system limitations, to deliver positive outcomes for partners.

The successful candidate will support, drive, and develop the International Sales team and foster engagement within the virtual management community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for international customer business, aligning financial and operational goals with regional priorities, including market analysis, sales strategy, performance reporting, and executive reviews.
  • Set and monitor goals and targets, adjusting policies as needed in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead retention, acquisition, and growth of international accounts through regional and global coordination.
  • Negotiate high-level contracts and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Expand international business across Europe and globally by developing new solutions and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strengthen partnerships with key vendors and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Oversee daily operations and manage teams across regions.
  • Maintain expertise in international business and next-generation technologies.
  • Collaborate with specialists on complex financial, legal, and regulatory issues.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience with external-facing roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing employees.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within Europe.
  • Strong leadership skills managing direct and virtual teams.
  • Proven success in growing sales revenue.
  • Experience with complex partner ecosystems such as resellers or distributors.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in international sales and business development is preferred.
  • Understanding of international trade, taxation, compliance, and ERP systems is preferred.
