An established industry player is seeking a talented UX Designer to create exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will build best-in-class omnichannel solutions that harmonize with business strategies and user needs. You will conduct in-depth UX research and analytics to understand user behaviors and improve user journeys through data-driven proposals. Collaborating closely with product teams and UI designers, you will contribute to evolving design systems and ensure user-centered design principles are at the forefront of all initiatives. Description du poste

1. Build best-in-class and durable digital omnichannel solutions by working in harmony with the business strategy and the users' needs.
2. Collaborate with digital Product Owners who contribute to the creation of new digital journeys, as well as to the continuous improvement of existing ones.
3. Conduct UX Research through interviews, studies, and tests to spot pain points and develop a deep understanding of our users.
4. Perform UX Analytics, deep dive on user behaviors and use data on your evolution proposal to improve journey (A/B Testing, data analysis, journey analysis).
5. Design user-centered journeys: navigation design, information architecture, interactions with design system components.
6. Contribute to the identification and enrichment of existing journeys, features, and content.
7. Collaborate with our UI designer to contribute to the evolutions of our design system & mockup finalization.
8. Contribute to the life of the UX team, in particular by sharing best practices and UX monitoring.
