Description du poste

As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for guiding the largest and most complex AWS customers on their multi-year journey to the cloud. In this highly visible role, you will ensure effective collaboration among AWS teams to deliver successful outcomes for the customer.

You will be a key partner to our AWS customers, leveraging your experience with large-scale transformations to assist them in navigating operational, educational, and governance aspects of their AWS cloud adoption.

Your responsibilities include interfacing with AWS customers and leadership, fostering collaboration across account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services), and supporting major workload migrations. You will translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, working backwards from key customer milestones. Critical activities include executing education plans, aligning roadmaps with business outcomes, conducting Executive Briefing Sessions, and supporting go-live events.

Qualifications
  • Experience leading complex IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs
  • Senior customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with C-suite/VP level
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Direct experience with AWS/cloud services
  • Understanding of technology trends and software development lifecycle
  • PMP, SCRUM/Agile, or SAFe certification preferred
